Jasmin Sharp, CEO
Jasmin Sharp is the CEO of ESY Creative, which she launched in 2018 to bring her decade and a half of experience in both the corporate and nonprofit worlds to businesses in need of curated digital marketing services. She specializes in marketing strategy and UI management, but her favorite work is connecting with clients to bring their dreams to life.
Jasmin started ESY Creative because “I spent far too long being the only queer woman in rooms run by old white men.” The goal of her company is to bring her expertise to small businesses, socially responsible organizations, and queer & women owned businesses to help them achieve their goals.
In her free time, Jasmin enjoys watching medical dramas and playing with her pet rats.

Katelyn, Design Director
Katelyn’s passion for creativity and uniqueness drives her designs. Her job focuses on working hand in hand with clients to bring their branding visions to life. Creativity is a deeply ingrained part of Katelyn’s life; she has spent a lot of time working with many different mediums, including digital design, animation, oil and acrylic painting, and more. While working with ESY Creative, Katelyn is pursuing her degree in music arts and media.
When she isn’t working on new designs, Katelyn fills her time with creative pursuits as she enjoys making music. She is also a big film fan.
Kimberly, Administrative Assistant
Kimberly serves as the administrative assistant at ESY Creative. She is excited to bring her organizational and communication skills to the team as she handles some of the background work that keeps the wheels turning. She enjoys playing the support role on the team to help the other team members shine. At ESY Creative, Kimberly hopes to help expand the company’s professional network while providing enthusiasm and endless energy to any project where she is needed.
When she isn’t typing away and facilitating emails, Kimberly enjoys board games and spending time with her husband.
Caroline, Digital Marketing Specialist
Caroline has a history of working with non-profits around the U.S. in their efforts to create marketing campaigns and scale their mission, which is what drew her to working with ESY Creative, because she gets to work with businesses with a purpose and that share her values. Caroline loves the versitility of her work because it keeps her on her toes and in pursuit of professional growth.
In Caroline’s time away from the computer screen, she is a passionate freelance photographer, fantasy book enthusiast, and self-designated globe trotter.

Why Do We Hold These Values?
Whether you believe we’re created from a divine image or we’re all just a lucky accident of cosmic calamity, we can all agree it’s an absolute bonkers miracle humanity is here. And, we would like to continue being here, thank you very much.
However, as we become more aware in recent years, our world is incredibly fragile–sociologically, economically, environmentally, and politically. Often these are threatened by one group’s fear of the “other” group. Insert what you will: race, gender, sexuality, economic class, education, etc. As much as certain pundits want to highlight our differences, in fact, we have more in common than we do not. And what differences we have–albeit, with exception to dehumanizing opinions and actions–are more cause to be celebrated.
Our values were chosen out of this belief: to celebrate and champion the dignity of people from all walks of life. Our differences are not hindrances, but strengths when brought together in cooperation. And until the rest of the world can come to understand that as well, we’re here to help fight for equity and inclusion, work towards sustainable community building, and try to make the world a better place in any way we can.
