2022 Employee Satisfaction Survey

I appreciate your willingness to fill out this survey! With the exception of one question about benefits I need feedback on, all the questions are optional and you don’t have to answer any questions you don’t want to. All answers are anonymous and I won’t be processing the raw data; I’m having an outside contractor do that, so I won’t be able to decipher who said what.
